Where do you ship and how long does delivery take?
We ship globally (excluding some Asian and remote regions) with two reliable options:
- Express Delivery ($12.95): 10-15 days via DHL/FedEx (trackable)
- Free Standard Shipping: 15-25 days via EMS (orders over $50)
How can I track my order?
For Express Delivery orders, you’ll receive a tracking number via email once your gear ships. Track directly through DHL or FedEx’s websites. EMS tracking is available for most destinations – check your shipping confirmation email for details.
What if my country isn’t listed at checkout?
We’re constantly expanding our shipping network. If your country isn’t available, email [email protected] with your location and desired products. We’ll check for alternative shipping solutions.
