Shipping Information
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Options
Standard Shipping (DHL/FedEx)
- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipping
- Flat rate: $12.95 USD
- Recommended for faster delivery
Free Shipping (EMS)
- Available for orders over $50 USD
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipping
- Economical option for international orders
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and customs processing. We currently ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote regions.
Returns & Exchanges
Our Return Policy
We accept returns within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for return:
- Items must be unused and in original condition with all tags attached
- Original packaging must be intact (including any protective packaging for armor)
- Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Safety Items
For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following items unless they arrive defective:
- Armor Inserts
- Back Protectors
- Chest Protection
- Air Bags
These safety items must remain sealed in their original packaging.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Contact Us: Email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return within 15 days of delivery
- Wait for Approval: Our Rider Support Team will respond within 48 hours with return authorization and instructions
- Pack Securely: Repackage items with all original materials (especially important for armored gear)
- Ship Back: Send the package to our Miami facility using a trackable shipping method
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using:
- DHL/FedEx: For faster processing (typically 3-5 business days to our facility)
- EMS: More economical option (typically 7-10 business days)

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Processing Time: 3-5 business days after receipt
- Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal)

- Credit Cards: 5-10 business days after processing
- PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing
Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable for changed-mind returns.
Exchange Process
For size exchanges on adventure gear (jackets, boots, pants):
- Follow the standard return process above
- Clearly state your desired replacement item/size in your email
- We’ll ship the replacement once we receive your return (additional shipping charges may apply for international exchanges)
Damaged or Defective Items
If your gear arrives damaged or defective:

- Include photos of the damage/defect and packaging
- We’ll arrange a prepaid return label if needed
